We have searched throughout Great Britain for what we believe to be some of the finest ingredients available in today’s market. All of our beef is from Aberdeenshire, our lamb is direct from Elwy in the Welsh Valleys and outdoor bred pork from Lincolnshire. The very best fish is delivered daily from the Cornish coast as well as sourcing many local ingredients from right here in Cheshire
